That’s a great question and the main reason I devised this program. Diets don’t work! The concept of “going on a diet” implies a temporary fix where you restrict your intake of calories generally or certain foods specifically. What happens? If you don’t cheat on yourself you lose weight and then you go back to your “normal” diet and regain the weight you just lost.

This program is about teaching you how to make a permanent change to your diet, where you still eat many of the foods you like, but are able to lose weight and maintain a healthy body weight for life. No more YoYo dieting.

Is it unhealthy to be fat and healthy to be skinny?

Answer:
Being over weight leads to many health issues, both in the short and long term and can significantly reduce your life expectancy and quality of life, but there are many people of normal or below normal weight who have diet related health issues. I have seen many people who have the perfect BMI but are suffering from diet deficiencies and related illnesses.

Although this program is primarily focused on helping over weight people lose excess body fat, it would also be of significant benefit to people of all weights. Even skinny people can suffer from a poor diet.

What happens after I complete the program?
