Fat Burning The Next Step
Once you make some progress in aerobic weight loss training, the next step up is to go anaerobic and begin to feel the burn. The most efficient method I have used is interval training, where short bursts of high intensity exercise are followed by a low intensity recovery periods.
Craig Ballantyne, one of the leading fitness experts, has developed his own method of anaerobic fat burning workouts he calls turbulence training. His approach is good and he manages to keep it interesting, allowing you to complete your fitness workouts in a shorter period and burn more fat.
One of the downsides to home fitness workouts is boredom and turbulence training makes boring cardio a thing of the past. With Craig’s burst exercise workout program, you can use treadmill workouts, cycling interval training and various other forms of resistance exercises like medicine ball workouts to lose stomach fat and improve your abs.
Watch the video below to see just how Craig goes through a sample turbulence training program at no more than a fast walking pace.
